Description:

Seventh Emergence is seeking an on-site Program Manager to oversee and lead an IT team at Ft Belvoir. The Program Manager will provide oversight across a broad spectrum of IT services including operations, sustainment and future innovations. The Program Manager will oversee our team in the management and support of the enterprise-level contract working closely with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement.

•This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities:

Act as the on-site manager providing technical guidance for directing and monitoring information and telecommunication systems operations. Direct team in the management and support for enterprise-level services. Work with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement, plan and implement large scale projects with no impact on daily operations. Provide oversight for a variety of tasks and activities that are broad in nature and are concerned with IT operations and support. Provide quality assurance review and the evaluation of new and existing tools and technologies. Provide assistance and oversight for all operations activities. Responsible for all team personnel including interviewing, hiring, timekeeping, evaluations, mentoring, personnel corrective actions, and representing Seventh Emergence to the customer. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Years of Experience:

Five (5+) years of experience as a Program Manager and lead IT Enterprise Management experience. Ten (10+) years of progressive experience in information technology.

Education Level:

BA/BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
