Our mission is to provide a safe, structured, faith-informed environment where every young person can heal, grow, and prepare for a stronger future. Position Summary The Program Director provides agency-wide leadership across both PFH I and PFH II, ensuring that daily operations, resident care, staff supervision, and programming run smoothly and effectively. This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer and directly supervises the Child Care Supervisor, Case Manager, and Youth Support Coordinator, while partnering closely with the Clinical Supervisor and Risk Manager. Key Responsibilities Direct the day-to-day operations of both therapeutic group homes. Supervise, coach, and evaluate program staff, including the Child Care Supervisor, Case Manager, and Youth Support Coordinator. Oversee admissions, intake, service planning, and discharge processes in coordination with the Case Manager and Clinical Supervisor. Ensure Individualized Service Plans (ISPs), quarterly reviews, incident reports, and resident records are timely and accurate. Monitor scheduling, staffing ratios, and shift coverage across Day, Evening, Overnight, and Weekend shifts. Serve as a primary liaison to referring agencies, families, and community partners. Lead and document staff orientation, ongoing training, personnel files, and annual performance reviews. Partner with the Risk Manager on health and safety, medication oversight, and emergency preparedness. Support quality improvement, outcome tracking, and census management to maintain full occupancy and strong referral relationships. Model trauma-informed, strengths-based, culturally responsive care in every interaction with youth, families, and staff. Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, nursing, or a related human services field. Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience working with children or adolescents in a residential, therapeutic, or group home setting. Prior supervisory or administrative experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Additional Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record. CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days). Availability to respond on-call to program emergencies. Preferred Experience Prior experience as a Program Director, Assistant Program Director, or Clinical Supervisor in a children's residential or therapeutic setting. Familiarity with trauma-informed care, de-escalation practices, and evidence-based youth interventions. Experience supervising multi-disciplinary teams across multiple sites.
