Role:
INTECON is seeking a Program Manager to lead contracted support services for the F-22 Formal Training Unit (FTU) Beddown at Joint Base Langley-Eustis. You will coordinate project requirements with end users, the 633d Contracting Squadron, and Project Integration Office leadership to support execution of the construction and renovation program.Responsibilities:
- Track planning, programming, and implementation of all
F-22 FTU
Beddown projects- Develop draft planning documents and cost estimates using government-provided data and methodologies
- Maintain project schedules (Gantt charts) for government review and approval
- Provide weekly input for Weekly Activity Reports
- Coordinate with 633 CES, AFCEC, Army Corps of Engineers, and other agencies
- Adhere to 32 series
Civil Engineer AFIs Required Qualifications:
- Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Community Planning
- Experience in facility/construction program management
- Proficiency with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Experience supporting Air Force or DoD construction programs
- Familiarity with Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC)
Pay:
$100,000.00- $125,000.
