Oversee the daily operations of the Day Support and Community Engagement Programs Assists with conducting assessments and developing Person Centered Plans Assists with the monthly Day Support/Community Engagement Calendar. Checks weekly documentation and forwards to program director for review Check books to make sure standing orders, prescriptions, physicals, and doctor's orders are up to date Assure Day support staff/community engagement staff have the necessary supplies Work one weekend per month Assist with the handling of Doctor's Appointment Facilitate and organize staff training per U&E and Licensing regulations Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills:
Education:
A High school diploma
OR GED Experience:
1 year of experience working with intellectual disabled or associate degree
Other Requirements:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Successful completion of background and Central Registry check
