Job Description

Position Description:
Senior Program Manager is responsible for the fiscal well-being of each program under his or her supervision, as well as ensuring each program meets all regulations.
Major Job-Related Duties and Functions:
Responsibilities include but not limited to management responsibilities for the daily operation of the specific program(s); daily supervision of staff directly or through the Program Manager; direct care, training and treatment of individuals; facility management; and be a part of administrative on-call.
Minimum Qualifications:
(knowledge, skills, education, and abilities) Bachelor's Degree; Supervision and/or training experience. Must meet Qualified Developmental Disability Professional (QDDP) standards including a bachelor's degree in a human services field and minimum of 1-year IDD experience. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to present information well to individuals and groups. Be organized and detail oriented. Be able to maintain confidential information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, work in a team setting as well as independently. Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent data entry skills. Ability to access all facilities and areas of all the programs. Be able to attend and pass all required trainings. Distribute medications to individuals following approved guidelines. Ability to work varied hours to cover program needs. Be able to perform the essential functions for all direct reports, and pass and be competent in Direct Support Professional (DSP) supervisory competencies. Ability to serve on administrative emergency on-call rotation, including Computerized Human Rights Information System (CHRIS) on-call duties. Possess a current, valid driver's license for three (3) years with an acceptable driving record. Adhere to all safety rules, policies and guidelines. Ability to become familiar with, uphold, and promote the mission, vision, values, and policies of Pleasant View, Inc., including Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) regulations. About the
