Job Description

Leadership Academy — Future Leaders Program Next Program Beginning October 2026 Medical Facilities of America is accepting applications for our Leadership Academy, a paid program that develops Future Leaders into Administrators for our 74 skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers across Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, Delaware, and Pennsylvania.
The Program Stage One:
Foundations (5 weeks) Intensive classroom training at our Roanoke, Virginia office covering healthcare regulations, financial management, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Stage Two:
Residency Full-time placement in select centers where you'll apply your training alongside experienced leadership, building the skills and relationships needed to run your own facility. Graduates are placed into Administrator roles as positions become available throughout our organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Healthcare Administration preferred Willingness to relocate within our five-state footprint based on business needs Benefits Competitive salary during training Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off 401(k) retirement plan
