N/A POSITION SUMMARY
The Program Manager is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading programs from ideation through to completion. A successful Program Manager will efficiently manage program cost, schedule, and performance utilizing available personnel and processes. The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for everything involving a program's contractual requirements, organization, and timeline.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively lead on and maintain responsibility and accountability for Fulcrum's program performance (technical, cost, schedule, and customer satisfaction) on all programs Serve as the primary point of contact for all relevant program management activities Create long- and short-term schedules, including milestones, deadlines, and the allocation of resources Communicate internally across sections and externally with both customers and end-users Prioritize Fulcrum's internal resources across multiple programs Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in scope, schedule, and costs. Develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities. Work across the company to streamline program execution and support Lean Initiatives Communicate with company leadership, managers, and supervisors as necessary to keep programs aligned with goals and deadlines. Participate in relevant training and development opportunities, company coordination meetings, and company leadership meetings
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to lift light loads as necessary Ability to operate in a clerical setting, routinely using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, etc.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Experience with DOD contracts and a related demonstration of leadership credentials. A minimum of 5 years of strong management experience showcasing the ability to establish solid working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Program management experience in the field of aviation, engineering, and developmental programs. A demonstrated ability to plan effectively, be resilient to change, and operate in a dynamic environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a wide range of people and personalities. A demonstrated pro-active self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects at once in a dynamic, fast-paced environment alongside a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. High ethical standards.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Experience with Independent Research & Development (IR D) programs. A demonstrated ability to achieve cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or similar technical discipline. PMP Certification (or U.S. Military equivalent) preferred.
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT
Subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A SECRET, TS, or TS/SCI clearance may be required
Pay:
$62,177.61 - $74,880.55 per year
