- BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Program Manager (PM) to oversee a contract responsible for Information Technology (IT) services and business support required to digitally transform and modernize current Customer operations, as well as support, develop, enhance/transform, operate, maintain, consolidate, and decommission web-based applications, systems, and/or service components in Service Portfolios, which span a range of application and database platforms employing numerous application technologies and programming languages.

The ideal Program Manager should possess a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and an ability to adapt to emerging and dynamic requirements. A quality candidate should also have a strong desire to be highly involved in advancing the growth of the program via innovation.- Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- + Bachelor s degree in engineering, computer science, business management, or related field + Minimum of 5 years managing contract(s) of similar or increasing size and scope; + SAFe Agile certification; + Experience in the following areas: + IT projects via Agile; + Software life cycle; + IT implementation strategies; + Risk Management + Experience in an Intelligence Community, military, or other Government environment performing in a related subject area (e.

Full-Time Salary Range:
$153377 - $260743 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.Employee Benefits:
