Our work depends on a Senior Program Manager joining our highly skilled team to manage a highly visible and fast-paced enterprise program that delivers collaborative services to industry partners for use in executing their work with the USG Sponsor.
HOW A PROGRAM MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
The PM manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenue of $10M and above. Responsibilities include hiring personnel, engaging with customers and stakeholders, managing relationships with 100+ industry partners, and ensuring that the team meets all technical deliverables. Directs program activities to meet customer and organization work objectives Supervises assigned technical staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation. Proactively works to recognize, award and retain employees. Forecasts market demand and manages supply chain to ensure adequate stock on-hand to fulfill customer orders. Engages with customers and downstream stakeholders, develops a deep understanding of existing requirements and learn about potential future requirements (business development). Responsible for revenue growth of assigned area. Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables. Coordinates and monitors sub-contractor activities. Maintains a positive relationship with teammates. Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, and other program documents. Prepares and provides various reports and reviews to senior management as requested (responsible for customer and corporate PMRs). Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards. Participates in special projects as required.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education:
Bachelors Required Experience:
5+ yrs
Security Clearance Level:
TS/SCI with active polygraph
Desired Qualifications:
ITIL Foundations V4 certification PMP certification Background in Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) to include technologies, capabilities packages, component systems, and testing. Demonstrated understanding of B2B relationships and how they are structured and managed.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
