Job Description
The Berlin Extended Day Center is seeking Program Staff to support innovative, interest-based, engaging after-school programming for K-6 grade learners. We are currently recruiting for Program Staff- engaging and passionate youth workers to provide program support from 3:15 pm - 5:45 pm, Monday to Thursday.
This is an amazing opportunity to support high-quality, out-of-school-time learning for our youngest students, and be part of a program that is imagining a different way of being together in school. We are bringing the expertise of our community members into our school building, and deepening the learning and experiences of our students.
If you are experienced in leading groups of young people and excited to support curiosity and joyful exploration of interest-based programs, then we want you to be staff in the Berlin Extended Day Center.
Applicants should be very comfortable working with, and managing elementary age learners, be passionate about student-centered learning opportunities, and be driven by a belief that we learn best from and with each other in community.
