Recreation & Parks Program Coordinator Department:
Rec & Parks Nature of work: The Recreation & Parks Program Coordinator performs responsible work involving the planning and supervision of recreation programs, activities, youth sports and special events in coordination with the Director and Assistant Director.
Work Schedule :
Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week (with occasional evening and weekend hours as necessary and coordinated with Director).
Salary:
FY'27 Step 1 $25.28 per hour. This position is categorized as a safety-sensitive position. You must successfully pass the pre-requisites, a background, medical, references and a drug screening, which includes cannabis. In Vermont, adult-use and medical cannabis are legal, but we maintain drug-free policies for safety-sensitive positions. The Town of Brattleboro is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
