  • Provide specialized and differentiated instruction to students with complex learning, behavioral, and social-emotional needs by adapting curriculum materials, modifying instructional strategies, and implementing individualized academic interventions.
  • Implement trauma-informed and therapeutic educational practices to support students who may present with behavioral challenges, emotional regulation needs, or barriers to learning.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor behavior support plans and social-emotional learning strategies, including teaching self-regulation, coping skills, and positive peer interaction.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to review student progress, evaluate the effectiveness of interventions, and adjust academic or behavioral support plans to ensure student growth and program success.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the Director regarding student progress, behavioral concerns, intervention outcomes, and program needs.
  • Serve as a liaison between families, educators, instructional staff, and sending school districts to ensure coordinated services, consistent communication, and appropriate support for students enrolled in the therapeutic program.
