at Northeast Kingdom Human Services in St. Johnsbury, Vermont, United States Job Description Collaborative Coordinator This position coordinates and manages services for the Behavior Intervention Program within the Collaborative Program. It includes direct client service, clinical and administrative supervision, budgetary oversight, initiation/review of policies and procedures, and participation in quality improvement of the program. This role assumes an active role in the development and implementation of the BI programming and services while assisting with future developments at NKHS. This role will cover related programming in the absence of staff. Duties & Responsibilities Foster the development, implementation, and direction of a comprehensive Behavior Intervention Program consistent with the minimum standards. Overall responsibility for the operation and oversight of the program. Responsible for overseeing the scheduling of staff coverage. May delegate or assign appropriate tasks to staff to meet program objectives and budgets. Serve as liaison between the school programs, community, families, and other NKHS programs. Provide on going training to staff Identifies human resource needs and reviews applicant materials, conducts interviews, and makes selections for new staff. Evaluates staff performance and effectiveness. Ensures that services are assigned and are performed at acceptable levels. Maintain that treatment is implemented while overseeing the completion of all program related paperwork and service delivery. Ensures that the clinical aspect of the program is managed. This includes organizing and/or completing FBAs, behavior plans, relevant assessments, compiling/graphing data, and supervision of NKHS staff working with youth. Promote the elimination of stigma and community integration of individuals and their families. Assists in the planning and implementation for future design and development of services and programs. Triage referrals in accordance with NKHS policies and individual school programs. Provide ongoing assessment, evaluation, and updating of materials and program. Assist in managing program budget and financial monitoring and adjustment to ensure administration of programs in a fiscally efficient manner. Performs oversight of any state grant awards and contracts. Maintains personal working knowledge of state grants and contracts. Supervisory Responsibilities Provide supervision and training to school-based staff within the Collaborative Program using clinical best practices.
