Job Role:
Digital Engineering & Client Engagement Manager

Seattle, WA (Hybrid 3 days a week)
Job Type:
Contract As you screen candidates, please ensure that profiles shared clearly demonstrate prior experience and measurable outcomes across the following key
KRAs:
People Management
  • Leading delivery teams, managing performance, and driving team effectiveness. Profitability Management
  • Ownership or influence over engagement margins, cost management, and delivery efficiency. Revenue Growth
  • Driving account expansion, client relationship growth, or contributing to revenue increase within client engagements . At its core, this role is centered on delivery ownership
  • overseeing and strengthening existing delivery, driving operational excellence, and improving business outcomes.
The role also carries responsibility for account management and growth , identifying opportunities to expand the engagement while building trusted client relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong pre-sales and solutioning experience, contributing to proposals, estimations, and client presentations , and will be able to translate delivery success into long-term account value through effective client engagement and solution leadership .
Key Skills & Experience:
Strong eCommerce / retail background Proven experience managing iOS mobile application projects end-to-end
  • from development to release Solid technical / development foundation to engage effectively with engineering and product teams Expertise in project and program delivery , client engagement , and account growth Hands-on experience with stakeholder management , cross-functional team leadership , and delivery governance Experience driving productivity improvements and operational excellence in multi-vendor setups Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Exposure to cloud, digital modernization , or platform transformation initiatives Familiarity with Agile delivery and DevOps environments Experience in pre-sales and solutioning to support business growth initiatives
