Full Job Description General Function:
The HUB 360 After-School Program Lead is responsible for supporting the Program Director by helping to plan, implement, and oversee the after-school program at designated site(s). The main objective of this position is to ensure high-quality after-school care for middle school students (grades 6-8), making sure that all HUB 360 standards and procedures are consistently followed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plan and manage day-to-day program activities at the program site and assist with the overall development and execution of the after-school program. Supervise program staff, ensuring that the appropriate adult-to-child ratios are maintained at all times. Keep accurate and up-to-date records for all enrolled students. Build and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and school staff by fostering open communication and being responsive to their needs. Track and manage program equipment and supplies, notifying the Program Director when additional items are needed. Regularly update the Program Director on any issues that arise, especially those concerning student behavior and development. Understand and adhere to the mission, policies, and procedures of HUB Sports Center. Actively teach and engage with students in HUB 360 activities including but not limited to sports/games, arts & crafts, and life skills. Lead with enthusiasm, dedication, reliability, and a strong commitment to the team. Maintain ongoing communication with the Program Director/HUB regarding program progress.
Minimum Requirements:
A strong understanding of child development. Certification in CPR and Basic First Aid. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Degree in Education from an accredited institution, and/or 2 years experience working with school aged children.
Notes:
This is a part-time position. HUB 360 operates from October through May, following the school calendar.

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30-6:00pm.
