Job Description
Evergreen Property Law PLLC seeks to add a litigation attorney with 3-5 years' experience delivering high quality work to join our growing practice. The firm is based in Liberty Lake, Washington, and services clients across Washington and Idaho. Our practice focuses on real estate cases, environmental matters, construction disputes, water rights, and other commercial matters. This is a full-time position with an annual billable target of 1,500 hrs. Salary range is $140,000 - $160,000 depending on qualifications and experience, plus bonuses based on performance. The firm offers competitive benefits covering medical, dental and vision insurance, and a 5% employer-matched contribution to a 401k plan after one year. Those who have successfully completed a federal clerkship are eligible for a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
