Key Responsibilities Staff Leadership:
Train, Supervise and Evaluate teachers
Operational Management:
Supervise daily activities, ensures compliance with state and health regulaltions, maintain facility safety, manage NAEYC and Early acheivers accreditation Curruculum & development: Lead the implementation of Life Essentials curriculum and assess students progress Family and Community engagement: Communicate with families, tour and manage enrollments and build community partnerships Promotes teamwork: Create a positive and rewarding atomosphere and inspires others to excel, able to work with leadership to maintain high retention rate for teachers and families. Position Requirements
  • 2 years of full-time center-based management experience.
  • College degree in education, management, or a related field
  • Understanding of Washington State Licensing (WACs) and developmentally appropriate practices
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with colleagues, families, and community partners
  • Action-oriented, organized, strategic, and results-driven qualities
Pay:
$27.00 - $32.00 per hour
