This position is full time and located at 3102 W Whistalks Way, Spokane Wa 99224.. Open until filled Starting salary for this position is $28.99-32.46 per hour DOE Full range is $28.99.-$45.71 per hour Benefits include medical, dental, life, LTD, PTO and 403(b)
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for leading SNAP's outcomes reporting, data integrity, and program performance insights, while serving as a key liaison between programs, leadership, and technology teams. The role emphasizes communication, adaptability, training, with a customer service orientation.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Reporting, Data & Compliance Ensure accurate and timely reporting Maintain high standards of data integrity Analyze trends and performance metrics Chairs Staff Outcomes Committee Champions data integrity 2. Program Support & Liaison Role Serve as bridge between teams Define outcome measures and reporting needs Business requirement gathering 3. Communication & Training Deliver training tailored to learning styles Coach staff on systems and reporting Ability to present to large, diverse groups. 4. Customer Service & Culture Promote strong customer service with customer first approach Ability to provide active listening and collaboration 5. Feedback & Performance Support Provide and receive real-time feedback Support leadership with performance insights 6. Technical Responsibilities Manage Salesforce, power BI and other reporting tools Ensure system accuracy and usability Manage and troubleshoot Salesforce and other application tickets Escalate and work with an external team to resolve the issues. 7. Continuous Improvement Promote data-driven decision making Improve reporting processes Accountability & Performance Expectations Strong communication and adaptability required Collaborate effectively with team members Understand different audiences and provide positive responses. Create positive expectations for change implementations. Deliver excellent customer service
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Social Work, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Analytics, or equivalent experience. Two to five years of Experience in Business Intelligence, in database management and program management. Experience in reporting, analytics, or program evaluation. Experience training and supporting users Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to teach adult learners and provide training to individuals or groups as requested. Ability to present to large, diverse groups. Ability to help craft outcome measurements for agency and programmatic performance. Knowledge of Salesforce Reports and Dashboards, Crystal report writing, ESRI GIS software, database management, SQL scripting, SOQL scripting, Visual Basic and other programming languages. Ability to conceptualize solutions to complex problems in outcome measurement and accountability. Ability to help move agency towards valuing and understanding the role that outcome and data analysis can have in creating improved services. Ability to work with others to communicate information and methodologies regarding use of computer software for data tracking and reporting purposes. Ability to follow agency policy regarding confidentially and security issues Skills in oral and written communication. Training and Certifications Drivers license, insurance and good driving record. Mileage reimbursement for business related local travel On-going training encouraged, with an emphasis on regulations, evaluation practices and developments surrounding technology advances
Work Environment/Physical Activities:
Primarily office based. Travel to multiple locations within Spokane. Involve handling sensitive data and working with diverse teams. May deal with difficult personalities and stressful situations. Domestic travel may be required to participate in training, seminars, or other activities as assigned.
