Job Description
Summary Under close supervision, coordinate Regional Campus clinical educational program(s) by scheduling events, assembling enrollment and education information, and following compliance guidelines. Primary Responsibilities Independently execute institutional or program activities (e.g., educational events, training, learner recruitment, interviews, orientation, schedules, and graduation). Maintain proficiency in accreditation, board, and institutional requirements. Coordinate and monitor activities related to these requirements to ensure full compliance. Support the designated institutional official, Program Director, Department Chair, and other leaders on issues related to the requirements from accreditation agencies, national boards, and affiliates. Serve as primary liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated institutions, and national organizations. Develop and maintain database(s) to track, schedule, and record activities related to the institution, program(s) and learners. Provide information, support, and problem solving on a wide range of issues for leaders, faculty, staff, and learners. Coordinate recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers. Create brochures, flyers, handbooks, and other educational materials. Coordinate assessment and evaluation activities. May monitor program budgets and lead or oversee the work of support staff.
