Job Description
Join the UW-Eau Claire Children's Nature Academy , a 5-Star, nationally accredited early childhood program offering nature-inspired learning, a professional and supportive team, and an excellent university benefits package. The Support Staff member provides flexible support throughout the program, including assisting in classrooms, supervising and engaging with children, providing staff breaks, participating in indoor and outdoor learning experiences, and assisting with meals and other daily program needs. Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in Early Childhood Education; OR Bachelor's degree in education or a related field. Dependable, flexible, and committed to providing a safe, positive environment for children.
