Permanent A leading global power generation business is looking for an experienced Program Manager - Steam Turbine Generator Controls to manage multiple long-term projects supporting new Steam Turbine Generator installations. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple controls projects from contract award through commissioning and closeout Develop project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers Coordinate Engineering, Field Service, Commercial, Supply Chain and Quality teams Manage customer relationships, project meetings and technical reviews Lead scope, schedule and cost changes Oversee project financial performance, procurement and invoicing Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline 5-10 years' project/program management experience Experience within power generation, controls, OEM or EPC environments Strong understanding of project execution, scheduling, budgets and risk management Experience working with customers and cross-functional technical teams Familiarity with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, HMIs and industrial networking If interested please get in touch - Harry.deal@kinekta.com
