You have experience working with people with disabilities or other special needs, or you are willing to learn. You are flexible and adaptable to changing situations and needs. You have a bachelor's degree in vocational rehabilitation or related field, or a winning combination of education and work experience. You have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and updated insurance.
