Job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervise and monitor the daily operations of the Family Stabilization program; Manage Emergency Services Programs, including Dollar Energy, Facing Hunger Food Bank food distribution; Provide administrative and clerical support for all Family Stabilization program activities; Support implementation of program policies, procedures, and reporting requirements in accordance with federal, state, and agency regulations; Assist with collection of documentation required for ROMA (Results Orientated Management and Accountability) performance measures. Assist with writing proposals, budgets, and grant applications for CSBG and related community development programs; Work with Community Services Director and Family Stabilization program staff regarding the development and maintenance of ROMA Logic Models.
Requirements:
Successful candidate will preferably possess at minimum; High School diploma or GED, bachelor's degree preferred; Minimum five years of supervisory and administrative/office experience required. Candidate must possess a valid Driver's License; Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills; Candidate must submit to pre-employment drug screen, CIB check, and DHHR Protective Services Background Check.
