We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead field and office operations within our Remediation Division. This position is responsible for overseeing hazardous materials remediation projects, managing field personnel, leading project bidding and estimating efforts, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining project budgets and schedules, and supporting business development initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment and has strong leadership experience in remediation, hazardous materials, environmental services, or construction operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, safety-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects while building strong relationships with clients, crews, subcontractors, and internal teams.Job Type:

Primarily Monday-Friday. Additional hours, regional travel, and field support may be required depending on project needs.Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily field remediation operations and project activities. Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop and implement SOPs to improve operational efficiency and safety performance. Manage project procurement, inventory, and equipment coordination. Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other environmental and safety regulations. Lead project bidding efforts and assist with budgeting and post-project cost analysis. Assign and supervise fieldwork while managing staffing and resources effectively. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, safety, and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve field and project-related issues. Enforce company health and safety policies and promote a safety-first culture. Ensure employee certifications, medical clearances, and required trainings remain current. Conduct safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective action planning. Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate site supervisors and field personnel. Support business development efforts by maintaining client relationships and providing technical expertise for proposals and project planning. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives across operations and project execution. Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Construction Management, or a related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in remediation, hazardous materials, environmental services, or construction operations. Supervisory or operations management experience in construction or environmental industries required. Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations. Experience working with hazardous materials such as asbestos, lead, mold, or related contaminants. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software. Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel as needed.Preferred Certifications:
