Execute project lifecycle: lead complex manufacturing and product launch programs from Request for Quote (RFQ) through Start of Production (SOP) and serial lifeCoordinate teams across engineering, quality control, supply chain, purchasing, and shop-floor productionMonitor project expeditures, manage non-recurring costs (NRC), track financial performance, and oversee budget complianceDevelop comprehensive project schedules, track critical paths, and keep production milestones on targetConduct risk assessments, build contingency plans, and manage engineering change requestsUphold core automotive standards, including advance product quality planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) protocolsAct as the main point of contact for external clients and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical/business field3-5+ years of direct project management or program launch experience within an automotive manufacturing or Tier-1 supplier environmentStrong familiarity with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, lean manufacturing, and shop-floor industrialization processesProficiency in MS Office Suite (advanced Excel), MS Project, and ERP systems likeSAP Shifts:
