Key Requirements:
Track and manage project milestones from the initial quote and design phase through validation and full-scale plant productionAlign internal departments
•including engineering, quality control, procurement, tooling, and plant operations
•with project goalsOversee investment costs, resource allocation, part supply schedules, and capital expenditure forecastsIdentify potential bottlenecks, log project risks, and formulate immediate contingency or remediation plansAct as the primary contact for client reviews, progress updates, and engineering change requestsEnsure adherence to automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949, plant safety rules, and internal business systemsStrong skills in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and specialized project tracking software3-7+ years of project management or product launch experience within a similar environment with manufacturing processes (stamping, casting, or assembly), reading technical drawings, and using ERP/PLM tools like SAPExperience in an automotive OEM or tier-parts manufacturing environmentBachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Management, or a related technical field
