Description We are seeking a driven, results focused DMC Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execution with our Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) delivery model. This role requires a strategic thinker, proactive leader and collaborative problem solver who can manage complex projects while aligning cross functional teams to deliver high quality modular building solutions. Requirements Job Responsibilities Lead and manage complex, fast paced projects from initiation through closeout. Serve as a hands-on, leader driving safety, quality, budget, and schedule performance. Act as a client focused communicator, managing relationships, reporting, and expectations. Coordinate with cross functional teams across Design, Manufacturing, Construction, and Logistics. Collaborate with field teams to ensure efficient, well planned site execution. Manage subcontractors, trade partners, and internal stakeholders. Oversee project financials, forecasting, change management and reporting. Support estimating efforts with a data driven and analytical approach. Develop accurate cost models, estimates, and project assumptions. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors. Lead structured program launches with clear schedules, milestones, and deliverables. Identify risks and opportunities with a forward thinking, proactive mindset. Ensure timely and efficient project closeout. Mentor and develop Assistant Project Managers and team members. Capture and communicate lessons learned to support continuous improvement. Job Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction or manufacturing. Data Center Experience Preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to manage schedules and interpret technical drawings. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including design, manufacturing and construction disciplines. Experience in a design-build or modular construction environment. Ability to thrive in a high growth innovative organization.
