which define our Core Values. If you feel you align with these attributes let's talk! We are currently seeking Assistant Project Managers The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for supporting Project Manager's with the following activities.
Responsibilities :
Support Job set up as needed including but not limited to porta potties, dumpsters, needed rental equipment. Sourcing and pricing materials such as miscellaneous material, supplies and equipment. Assist with administration of submittals, change orders and RFI's.
Estimating responsibilities such as:
quantity take-off, scoping of potential projects, obtaining material, vendor and subcontractor quotes. Communicate with vendors and subcontractor to ensure we have the necessary proposals for a complete and comprehensive proposal. Ensure information on FollowUp CRM is current, accurate and complete. Follow up and correspond with customers of recently submitted proposals following Preconstruction Procedures' timelines. Schedule line locates as requested by PM's. Coordinate "hot shot" deliveries as needed. Coordinate delivery of material, equipment and supplies as needed. Communicate badging and staffing needs. Attended Weekly conference calls and meetings as needed per PM's. Create and Distribute Manpower reports to owner / GC as requested by Project Manager Create and Distribute Progress & Deliveries reports to owner / GC as requested by Project Manager Coordination and Tracking jobsite requirements with our vendor / subcontractor partners to ensure they are able to gain access and performed the work. Attend conferences calls and virtual meetings for Project Managers while they are traveling or on vacation. Register all jobs in "Level Set" service so that all jobs and Tusco are updated with State specific Lien Requirements Other related duties as assigned Qualifications 1-3 years experience in the construction industry, preferably in project coordination, project management, estimating, field operations, or a related capacity Bachelor's or Graduate degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related construction or engineering field preferred Experience with MS Office Suite required Experience with BlueBeam Revu preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills What we offer Tusco employees have access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), career development classes, paid time off and many more benefits.
