Premium Pole Barns, LLC is looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Site Supervisor to join our growing team! This position is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, hands-on, dependable, and enjoys working in the construction field. You'll work closely with our project managers and project coordinator to help keep jobs running smoothly from planning through completion.

Responsibilities Include:

Assisting Project Managers with day-to-day job operations Supervising and coordinating work on job sites Operating and hauling construction equipment Working with the Project Coordinator on scheduling, planning, and logistics Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive job site Jumping in wherever needed to help get the job done.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has construction experience Is comfortable working outdoors and on active job sites Can operate or is willing to learn construction equipment Has strong communication and organizational skills Can manage multiple tasks and priorities Is dependable, self-motivated, and willing to get their hands dirty Takes pride in quality work and getting projects completed the right way. Construction experience and equipment operation experience are a plus!

Pay:

$52,752.55 - $54,712.75 per year
