Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee assemblies and installs from start to finish on site at client locations. This position works closely with the Construction Manager to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can manage multiple crews, coordinate subcontractors, and maintain excellent communication with clients and management. Responsibilities Manage assemblies and installation projects from planning through completion. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets. Coordinate subcontractors and construction crews (5-50+ personnel). Communicate project updates with clients and management. Prepare weekly progress reports. Ensure compliance with OSHA and customer safety requirements. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Travel to job sites as needed. Qualifications Construction project management experience required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and Microsoft Office. Ability to read blueprints. General fabrication knowledge preferred. Strong Problem Solver. Willingness to travel for project duration.
Preferred :
PMP Certification, MS Project experience, project management software, Autodesk Inventor, and AutoCAD experience.
Pay :
$80k-90k based on experience Personnel Resources is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #DP1
