Pool Construction Project Manager - Pool Pro Inc. Pool Pro Inc. is looking for a highly organized and dependable Pool Construction Project Manager to oversee our pool construction projects from start to finish. This is a hands-on management position. We need someone who can take control of scheduling, coordinate crews and subcontractors, order materials, keep projects moving, and make sure jobs are completed correctly and on time. The right person should be a problem-solver who can stay ahead of what each job needs instead of waiting for someone else to tell them what to do. Responsibilities Manage multiple pool construction projects from start to completion Build and maintain the daily and weekly construction schedule Schedule employees, crews, subcontractors, inspections, and deliveries Make sure crews know exactly where they need to be and what needs to be completed Keep up with employee and subcontractor progress throughout the day Visit job sites and inspect work for quality and completion Make sure each project is ready for the next phase of construction Order materials, equipment, and supplies before they are needed Track material orders and confirm deliveries Coordinate excavation, plumbing, steel/rebar, gunite, electrical, tile, coping, decking/pavers, equipment installation, plaster, startup, and other phases of pool construction Communicate with homeowners and provide project updates when necessary Coordinate with vendors and suppliers Handle scheduling changes, delays, weather issues, and job-site problems Make sure mistakes or incomplete work are corrected quickly Keep management updated on project progress and major issues Help control unnecessary labor, material waste, and project delays Maintain organized records for each project Make sure jobs stay clean, professional, and organized Ensure company standards and job-site safety procedures are followed What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is: Extremely organized Dependable and accountable Comfortable managing multiple projects at once Able to manage employees and subcontractors Strong at scheduling and planning ahead Comfortable communicating with customers Able to solve problems without needing constant supervision Detail-oriented and able to catch mistakes before they become expensive Comfortable using a phone, computer, scheduling software, email, and other business technology Familiar with construction processes and job-site management Pool construction experience is strongly preferred. Experience managing residential construction, outdoor construction, or similar trades will also be considered. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
