We are looking for an experienced Project Manager - Systems to guide a large-scale Samsara deployment supporting fleet operations in Alabama. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who combines strong delivery leadership with hands-on knowledge of telematics platforms, user enablement, and cross-functional coordination. The role will partner closely with operational and leadership teams to drive implementation success, encourage adoption, and align the solution with business and compliance expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Direct the rollout of Samsara technology across a high-volume vehicle fleet, ensuring deployment activities are organized, timely, and scalable.
• Build and maintain project schedules, implementation roadmaps, and status updates to keep stakeholders informed and workstreams on track.
• Act as the primary resource for Samsara deployment guidance, offering practical recommendations on setup, usage standards, and operational best practices.
• Deliver training sessions for teams across safety, human resources, fleet, operations, and leadership to strengthen system knowledge and effective use.
• Coordinate change management efforts that support user adoption, process alignment, and improved use of fleet monitoring and telematics capabilities.
• Work with cross-functional partners to incorporate regulatory, safety, and operational expectations into the implementation approach.
• Monitor project risks, resolve issues, and escalate concerns when needed to maintain momentum and meet rollout objectives.
• Support travel-based deployment activities and on-site collaboration as required to advance project milestones and stakeholder engagement.
