  • The Project Manager serves as the day-to-day lead for assigned projects and is responsible for managing scope, schedule, budget, stakeholder communication, and project execution activities.

  • + Manage project execution from planning through occupancy.

+ Coordinate project stakeholders and service providers.

+ Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.

+ Track project risks, issues, and action items.

+ Conduct project meetings and distribute meeting minutes.

+ Review design packages and construction documents.

+ Manage procurement activities and vendor coordination.

+ Support contractor bidding and contract administration.

+ Monitor construction progress and project quality.

+ Maintain project documentation within Procore.

  • Qualifications
  • + Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.

+ 5+ years of project management experience.

+ Experience managing commercial construction or corporate real estate projects.

+ Strong organizational and communication skills.

+ PMP preferred. The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
