full-time The Project Manager I is responsible for managing the daily operations of smaller commercial construction projects or supporting larger projects under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager. Essential Functions Manage daily construction operations on smaller projects - people, tools, equipment, materials, and internal services for each project. Assists with Pre-Construction Services to prepare, review, and monitor information and reports related to all costs involved in assigned projects. Manage construction schedule, RFIs, cost, and document control. Assists with creating and managing project budgets. Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Building Science, Engineering, or related field. 4 to 6 years progressive construction project experience with increasing responsibility. Experience managing smaller commercial construction projects or supporting larger ones.
