J&E Tile and Flooring is looking for a motivated, charismatic, and organized Project Manager to guide clients from their initial showroom visit through the completion of their remodeling project. This is a customer-focused position that combines sales, design, project management, and relationship building. If you enjoy working with people, have an eye for design, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Welcome customers into our showroom and help them select flooring, tile, countertops, and other finishing materials. Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and helping bring their vision to life. Visit customers' homes and job sites to take measurements and evaluate project requirements. Prepare accurate estimates and present proposals to clients. Manage multiple remodeling and flooring projects simultaneously from start to finish. Communicate regularly with clients throughout the project, providing updates and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. Visit active job sites to monitor progress, answer questions, and resolve issues before they become problems. Work closely with the office and installation teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Deliver exceptional customer service that generates referrals and repeat business. What We're Looking For Outstanding people skills with a friendly, confident, and professional personality. Strong sales ability with a consultative approach—not high-pressure sales. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to successfully manage several projects at the same time. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Comfortable using computers, email, and project management software. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
