The Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams to manage assigned products through their full lifecycle, from planning through go-live and ongoing support. Owns designated vendor and partner relationships, keeps stakeholders informed on status and risk, and ensures products and initiatives are delivered on time and within scope. 1) Lead cross-functional teams to manage assigned products through their full lifecycle, from planning through go-live and ongoing support. 2) Own designated vendor/partner relationships, coordinating sync meetings, resolving issues, and escalating blockers as needed. 3) Track product and initiative health, timelines, and risks in Jira and other internal tools; report status and outliers to leadership. 4) Draft and distribute meeting recaps, briefing materials, FAQs, and go-live readiness documentation for cross-functional and sales teams. 5) Coordinate cross-functionally across product, development, sales, onboarding, and marketing to keep teams aligned and initiatives on track. 6) Support process and tooling improvements to increase delivery efficiency across teams. 7) Assist in gathering requirements and defining scope for new products and initiatives.
