Job Description Lead and manage multi-family construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project goals. Oversee subcontractors and ensure adherence to project plans and safety standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and team members. Resolve issues and mitigate risks to keep projects on track. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal construction regulations. Maintain high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Experience with multi-family construction projects. Strong project management skills, including budgeting and scheduling. Knowledge of construction regulations and safety standards. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
