The company specializes in commercial construction and design-build services across a variety of sectors but most importantly multi-family. Known for its strong reputation and long-term client relationships, it continues to deliver quality projects throughout the region. Job Description Plan, execute, and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Manage project budgets and timelines effectively. Supervise and collaborate with on-site teams and contractors. Prepare and present project status reports to relevant parties. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: Strong background in construction project management within the construction industry. Proficiency in managing budgets, schedules, and resources. Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
