Essential Functions:

Support the cross-functional team by gathering feedback to prepare reports, presentations for management meetings, and standardization efforts Represent the product localization team in cross-functional project meetings related to project management of new vehicle launch Assist the project management team in different projects to steer the maturity level of parts including color evaluations Plan and organize supplier and internal workshops related to model year and new vehicle launch Assist with the tracking of standard process KPIs related to project management for model year and new vehicle launches Support with development of training material for the used systems and reporting applications and onboarding process for new team members Opportunity for additional projects with independent responsibilities and a platform to present on various management levels

Other Regular Daily Tasks:

Data and system maintenance Support team with creation of standard reports Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:

Student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Necessary Skills, Certifications, etc.: Fluent in English (oral/written) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to create reports and PowerPoint presentations Ability to analyze and summarize data Preferred skills: Experience with PowerBI Experience in Project Management Material and manufacturing knowledge

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in University or in a gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degree Studies outside of the U.S.A A minimum of 3 semesters of studies in relevant field of study Available for a minimum of 6 months
