Responsibilities Complete assignments as assigned within the functional area of your internship. Work collaboratively or independently, depending on the assignment. Support day-to-day operations and contribute to the team's goals. Understands and complies with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the bank's BSA/AML Program, as applicable to job duties. This includes, but is not limited to, completing compliance training and adhering to internal procedures and controls, reporting any known violations of compliance policy, laws, or regulations, and reporting any suspicious customer and/or account activity. Responsibilities:

Experience Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office. Ability to demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm, organizational and time management skills, and strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to work effectively on a team and individual tasks with demonstrated leadership experience. Eagerness to learn and willingness to take on new challenges. Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members. Education Must be currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate degree program with an anticipated graduation date within 24 months of the internship start date. Academic coursework or relevant project experience must align with the functional area of the internship, which may include one of the following:

Business & Finance:

Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management, Credit and Risk Management.

Tech & Analytics:

Data Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, Business Intelligence.

Operations & Logistics:

Bank Operations, Project Management, Supply Chain & Procurement.

Working Conditions Must be able to arrive at work on time, work on site and have regular work attendance, which includes required Intern Development events (virtual and in-person) during the first 10 to 12 weeks of the Intern Program. Must reside and perform all work within 60 miles of an Arvest facility for the duration of the internship. Must be able to provide reliable transportation and have the ability to travel independently to required overnight events within the region. Pay Rate:

$20 per hour
