SUMMARY The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and executing customer projects from initial intake through final delivery. This role ensures accurate project information, clear communication, timely documentation and efficient workflow across departments. The Project Manager plays a key role in in maintaining organization and keeping projects on track while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience.

JOB FUNCTION/PURPOSE

Project intake; collect and organize all necessary project details and customer information. Review customer files for accuracy, if provided. Develop detailed project schedules that align with customer expectations and production capacity. Identify project risks early and implement solutions before they impact timelines. Ensure project milestones stay on track and communicate updates as needed. Facilitate problem resolution when production issues, customer changes or scheduling conflicts occur.

Requirements:

Proficient in MS Office. Strong organizational and time management skills Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. 1-3 years of experience in a sales, customer service or project management capacity preferred. Experience in the corrugated, display or retail packaging industry a plus.
