Job Description
Horner & Shifrin is seeking a full-time Project Manager to work in our Rogers, AR office. This position 7+ years of experience.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Recognize and initiate business development opportunities Perform and check environmental engineering calculations Develop a client base of municipal clients water/wastewater utilities in the Northwest Arkansas area. Network with new and existing clients to effectively position for and develop work opportunities Prepare contract proposals and cost estimates. Manage all project elements, including budget, schedule, and quality while striving to achieve both project profitability and client satisfaction. Oversee the production of effective and high-quality project documents (including reports, drawings, and specifications) Participate in the preparation and checking of environmental construction drawings Responsible for the completion of assigned tasks within a project
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Licensed Professional Engineer Experience in water, sewer and wastewater design Ability to lead, manage and schedule staff to meet project needs Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Excel, Word) Proficient in the use of AutoCAD Knowledge of one or more design software packages, including HEC-RAS, XP-SWMM, EPA-SWMM, SewerGems, InfoWater, WaterGems, BioWin, etc. Must possess a valid driver's license Must complete a background check
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
SALARY RANGE
Horner & Shifrin, Inc. offers a comprehensive total rewards package and is committed to fair, competitive, market-based compensation. The target salary range for this position is $95,000 - $145,000. Compensation for the successful candidate will consider the candidate's particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location. Why come work for us?
