Job Description
Project Manager I - CMS The Project Manager plays a key role in leading cross functional commercialization projects from concept to completion. This position partners with teams across Operations, R D, Quality, Procurement, and Sales to manage project timelines, budgets, product launches, manufacturing transitions, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and solution-oriented, with the ability to drive multiple projects forward while ensuring successful execution and alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead cross functional commercialization projects from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer expectations. Develop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Coordinate product specifications, manufacturing trials, site transitions, artwork approvals, and product claims processes. Monitor project progress, communicate updates to stakeholders, and proactively identify and resolve risks or challenges. Facilitate supplier transitions, evaluate project outcomes, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and best practices.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of project management experience, or 4 years of relevant professional experience including 2 years of project management experience. Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to lead cross functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Basic understanding of Microsoft Project or similar project management tools. Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and adapt to changing business needs.Preferred Qualifications:
Manufacturing project management experience. Customer service or customer-facing experience. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. Experience managing product commercialization, new product launches, or supply chain transition projects. Experience working in a fast-paced consumer products or manufacturing environment.
