Lead impactful multifamily and mixed-use developments Join a growing contractor with advancement opportunities About Our Client Our client is a growing general contractor with a strong presence across the Mid-South, delivering multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial construction projects. Job Description The Project Manager will report to the Director of Construction and oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Manage multifamily, mixed-use, and light commercial construction projects across multiple locations. Lead all phases of project execution, including estimating, pre-construction, procurement, and project delivery. Coordinate subcontractors, superintendents, field teams, and project stakeholders. Maintain project schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and related documentation. Monitor project performance, reporting on costs, timelines, risks, and progress. Collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and consultants to resolve project challenges. Travel periodically throughout Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Texas, and surrounding markets as required. The Successful Applicant For the Project Manager we are seeking: Minimum 5 years of experience with a General Contractor in commercial or multifamily construction. Demonstrated experience managing 3+ story wood-frame apartment construction projects. Prior Superintendent experience highly preferred, providing a strong understanding of field operations. Experience delivering multifamily, mixed-use, or light commercial projects from start to finish. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and project controls. Proficiency with construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship management skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred. OSHA 30 certification is advantageous. What's on Offer Base salary of $100,000 - $130,000 , commensurate with experience. Per diem and all business travel expenses covered. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits.
