Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, and resource allocation using construction management software. Coordinate construction schedules to ensure timely completion while managing dependencies and critical milestones. Oversee the preparation and review of construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications. Manage project teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and fostering effective communication across all stakeholders. Ensure construction site safety protocols are strictly followed in accordance with construction regulations and regulatory compliance standards. Control project costs through detailed cost management strategies. Facilitate contract negotiations, manage change orders, and oversee the administration of contracts to mitigate risks. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards; address issues proactively. Maintain detailed documentation including project logs, incident reports, inspection records, and progress reports for transparency and accountability. Experience Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects with a focus on infrastructure or commercial construction. Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling such as Microsoft Project. Strong background in construction estimating, cost management, and budget control. Hands-on construction site experience with a thorough understanding of construction plans, schematics, blueprints reading, and civil 3D modeling. Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams effectively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, and regulatory compliance procedures relevant to heavy civil or commercial projects. Excellent communication skills for coordinating between clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams; adept at managing contracts and negotiations. Prior experience in project scheduling coordination and managing complex infrastructure projects is essential for success in this role.
