In this role you will assist with planning freight and equipment across the PAM network.

• 5:00 PM. The pay range is $75,000

Lead the day-to-day execution of the Load Planning team to achieve service, utilization, and profitability goals. Coach, develop, and hold Load Planners accountable while providing direction on planning decisions and operational challenges. Monitor performance and network conditions to identify inefficiencies, capacity needs, and opportunities for improvement. Partner with Operations, Account Management, Market Management, and other teams to align freight, capacity, and customer needs. Proactively identify and resolve planning and service issues while driving consistent execution and continuous improvement. What makes you a strong candidate for this position? Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills. Strong understanding of load planning, capacity management, and transportationoperations. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound operational decisions. Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while demonstrating ownership, accountability, and a positive attitude. Capable to champion continuous improvements by identifying inefficiencies with driver productivity, equipment utilization, and overall network profitability. Ability to lead initiatives, influence change, and gain buy in to increase performance output.
