Responsibilities Manage multiple commercial projects from award through closeout Prepare and manage subcontracts, POs, schedules of values, and change orders Track job costs, forecast labor and material, and protect project margins Run submittals, RFIs, and material procurement, including prefab packages Coordinate with GCs, architects, and other trades in OAC and coordination meetings Partner with superintendents and foremen on manpower, sequencing, and look-aheads Work with our VDC team on model coordination, clash resolution, and layout Manage billing, pay apps, retention, and lien waivers Drive quality, safety, and a clean closeout Qualifications 5+ years as a PM in commercial construction, ideally in metal framing, drywall, or interiors Strong understanding of framing and drywall scopes, assemblies, and installation sequencing Proficiency in reading plans and specs and in quantity takeoffs Experience with project management software (Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar) and MS Office Solid financial skills: budgets, cost-to-complete, and change order management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Estimating experience Experience with prefabrication, BIM/VDC, or LiDAR/point cloud workflows Familiarity with Arizona commercial GCs and the Phoenix market
