The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing structural steel projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned steel erection and fabrication projects from planning through completion Review blueprints, specifications, and contract documents to understand scope and budget Coordinate with field teams on equipment, materials, and subcontractor needs Set up and manage projects within project management software Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal teams Track project progress, productivity, and financial performance Assist with billing and ensure proper project cash flow Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred Minimum 3+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction Structural steel experience is a plus, but not required Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office required (OST a plus) Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills What's Offered Competitive base salary Performance-based bonuses 100% paid health, dental, and vision insurance (employee + eligible family) 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and holiday package Relocation assistance available (if needed) If you have interest in this position and would like to be considered, please send resume's to phoebe.johnson@gogpac.com or call 605-705-3365.
