Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of flooring projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics management Collaborate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop detailed project plans and timelines Review construction plans and specifications to ensure accurate execution of flooring installations Manage project documentation using excell and other construction document software for accurate record-keeping and communication Analyze Excel data for cost management, schedule adjustments, and project performance metrics while supporting project planning efforts Skills Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel data analysis skills for reporting and decision-making Hands-on construction site experience with an understanding of flooring installation processes and safety protocols Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through effective time management and prioritization skills Familiarity with construction plans, technical drawings, and scheduling software to facilitate accurate project execution Excellent communication skills for coordinating between teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of civil engineering project management practices relevant to flooring projects within broader construction initiatives Join us as a Flooring Project Coordinator if you're passionate about delivering exceptional craftsmanship through meticulous planning and coordination.
