This is a hands-on role for someone who understands the mitigation process, knows how to coordinate field crews, and can keep multiple projects organized and moving forward. You'll work closely with crews, customers, estimators, and leadership to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and to our quality standards. What You'll Do Project & Crew Coordination Schedule and oversee mitigation crews across active projects Coordinate the handoff from estimating to production and ensure crews understand project scope Monitor timelines, progress, equipment, and materials to keep projects moving Identify issues or delays and coordinate solutions Job Site & Quality Control Conduct job site inspections and monitor work throughout the project Verify work meets project requirements and company quality standards Address incomplete or substandard work and coordinate corrective action Maintain accountability for equipment and inventory Documentation & Customer Communication Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, notes, measurements, and job details Keep project information organized and up to date Communicate project timelines, updates, and next steps with customers Coordinate communication between customers, crews, estimators, and leadership What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with real-world mitigation and restoration experience who can step into the role and understand the work without needing to learn the industry from scratch.

Required:

2-3+ years of experience in restoration, mitigation, or a related field Strong knowledge of the mitigation process Experience working with or managing mitigation crews Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities Comfortable working in both office and field environments Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Preferred:

Previous experience as a Mitigation Project Coordinator, Restoration Project Manager, Mitigation Manager, or similar role IICRC certification, particularly WRT or ASD Mold or asbestos certification Experience with restoration estimating or project management software Experience managing restoration teams or crews The Ideal Candidate You're organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership. You know how to look at multiple active projects, determine what needs to happen next, communicate with the right people, and follow through until the job is complete. We're especially interested in candidates who have already worked in a similar mitigation or restoration role and can bring that experience to Bloque Restoration.
